Parties & Events Booking Information
I, Wardah Halim, am the lead henna artist that will come and do the henna at your event. You can get to know me in the ABOUT section of this website. If you would like to book multiple artists for your event, I can make your task easier for you and collaborate with other local henna artists whose work, professionalism, and experience I trust, and provide you with a quote based on their rates.
Party henna services start from a minimum of 2 hours, starting at $250, and go up from there depending upon location, date and time of the event. Please fill in the quote request form below for your customized quote.
A $50 deposit is required to lock in the date and confirm the booking.
Party quotes are always all-inclusive. Freehand, unique designs for the guests using premium all natural henna, temporary glitter accents, lemon-sugar sealant spray, after-care instructions cards for everyone, travel, everything is included in the quote that you will receive by email.
Pricing
Requirements:
The booking fee/deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, it may be applied to another event based on the artist's availability within the next 60 days.
A table and two chairs will be required for each artist at the event.
Bright lighting is required at the henna station.
Location close to an outlet is requested.
Wardah does henna on women and children only, she does not do henna on men. However if you have a large event with multiple henna artists and men request a henna design, Wardah’s assisting artists can take care of those requests.
The various colors in the pictures is cosmetic glitter on top of natural henna paste. The glitter just sticks to the wet henna, it does not stain the skin. The glitter comes off when the henna paste is removed, revealing the natural henna stain. It is a fun way to add temporary bling to the henna design at parties, matching everyone’s outfits!
If you have more than 50 people at your event who will be getting henna done, Wardah is able to provide multiple artists at your request.
