How much is shipping?
Shipping is flat rate $8.00 per order. Your order ships FREE when the total of your order reaches a minimum of $150. Please use discount code HENNATRENDZ to avail free shipping for orders over $150.
When will my order ship?
If your order contains fresh henna paste/cones, it will ship on Monday regardless of the day the order is placed. I mix fresh henna paste over the weekend and ship everything out on Monday. If Monday is a federal holiday, your package will ship on Tuesday. If your order was placed on Monday, it will be shipped the FOLLOWING Monday.
Do you ship orders the same day?
No, I do not ship orders the same day as they are received. Fresh henna paste batches take time to prepare, and not something I keep in stock. However, if you need to buy henna in bulk and I am able to fit it into my schedule, please feel free to reach out to me via email wardah@hennatrendz.com
What is the best day to place an order?
Although you can place an order any day of the week, but Fridays and Saturdays are probably the optimum days to place your order. This will ensure that your package is shipped out on the very next Monday.
How long does delivery take?
USPS priority mail takes 2-5 days to deliver once your package has been shipped.
What if USPS takes too long to deliver and my henna paste has gone past it's prime?
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND opting for USPS EXPRESS shipping when ordering henna cones/fresh henna paste. The default system on the website will only charge USPS priority charges (to keep costs down for the customer, but it is NOT the recommended shipping option for fresh henna paste).
How do I opt for EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Please email wardah@hennatrendz.com with your order and I will send you the invoice that will include the express shipping costs (1-2 business days guaranteed delivery). Express shipping can range from $27-$75+ depending upon the size of your order.
Do orders over $150 qualify for Free EXPRESS shipping?
No. Free Shipping applies only to USPS Priority Shipping.
When will my EXPRESS shipping order ship?
All packages ship on Mondays when the fresh batches are mixed, regardless of the type of shipping option chosen.
Why do you ship only once a week?
I am a full time working henna artist and a mom. My daily schedule is packed with henna appointments, party bookings and children's school activities. Preparing and packaging henna paste/cones is a time consuming process and I have a dedicated day set aside for it.
Do you ship internationally?
Natural henna is a perishable product and MUST be frozen immediately once it is delivered. International transit times are long and the henna paste does not remain fresh when shipped internationally. fresh henna cones are shipped ONLY within USA. For all other products, please use the contact form to inquire and place a special order. International shipping charges will apply.
Do you ship urgent orders?
Depending upon the size of your order, you can opt for EXPRESS shipping which is guaranteed delivery by USPS in 1-2 business days. Please contact me to request an invoice with additional shipping charges for express shipping which can be an additional $27-$75+ depending upon the size of your order.
Where is my package?
Once your package ships, you should receive an automated email with the tracking number. Please use that tracking number to track your package on the USPS website. If you still have issues and are unable to track your package, please reach out to me via email.
How do I store the henna cones?
Natural henna is perishable and MUST BE STORED IN THE FREEZER. Detailed care and storage instructions will be included in your package.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh henna, it is not possible for me to accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will try my best to help you out!
What do I do if my package was sent to the wrong address?
Lost, stolen, or misaddressed package: HennaTrendz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an incorrect address was provided, the buyer will have to place a new order and is responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship the package. Fresh henna cones cannot be returned under any circumstances and hence cannot be re-shipped. A whole new order will need to be placed in this case.
Tracking shows DELIVERED, but there is nothing in my mailbox?
If this happens, you must call your local post office responsible for the distribution and delivery of packages right away. You will need to ask them to speak to your mail carrier to find out where they left your package. Once tracking shows 'delivered' on the USPS website, unfortunatelythere is nothing I am able to do at my end. Your local post office in your zip code having the same area code phone number as yours will be the ones to help you locate your package. Missing orders cannot be re-shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.
If I make a mistake on the shipping address I will repack your order with fresh products and reship the package at my own expense.
